Hazstor relocatable chemical stores are specifically designed for the safe outdoor storage of highly flammable liquids, petroleum products, pesticides, paints and other hazardous substances. Engineered to provide exceptional fire protection and environmental security, these robust units are ideal for storing low flashpoint and temperature-sensitive liquids in compliance with COSHH requirements.

The external walls and roof are manufactured from heavy-duty plastic-coated sheet steel, offering outstanding durability, corrosion resistance and long-lasting colour stability in demanding outdoor environments. The walls, doors and roof are fully insulated with 75 mm Rockwool Firebatt insulation, providing a certified one-hour fire resistance rating. Every unit has been independently tested and approved by the Warrington Fire Research Centre in accordance with BS 476: Part 22:1987 Clause 5.

For spill protection, each store features a fully welded, liquid-tight integral sump that extends across the entire floor area, ensuring safe containment of leaks and accidental spills. High and low-level flame-arrested ventilation promotes continuous airflow while helping to minimise the build-up of hazardous vapours. Removable galvanised grid flooring provides a safe working surface and easy access to the containment sump below.

Security is provided by a heavy-duty Yale locking system with an internal emergency override, protecting hazardous materials while allowing safe exit from inside the unit if required.
