12 Barrel Marine SOPEP (Shipboard Oil Pollution Emergency Plan) spill kits are specially designed to respond quickly and effectively to oil and fuel spills in marine environments. These kits are stored in durable, high-visibility yellow container for easy identification on deck. They contain oil absorbent pads, socks, pillows, booms and sweeps that are hydrophobic, meaning they absorb oil while repelling water—ideal for use at sea.
Additional items include hazardous waste bags, gloves, and various cleanup tools. Marine SOPEP kits help crews contain and recover spills before they spread, protecting the marine ecosystem and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
